Improvements in strategic logistics flow fractional charges

Abstract

This research paper has as aim improve the logistics flow of less truck loads, related to the volume flow inside of a small medium size carrier. It was used filed survey as methodology, direct observations and document analysis of logistics processes. As a result it could be observed improvement in the loads discharges in the warehouse and the discharge and delivery of the goods it is faster.
